These terms apply to your use of pathledge.com. They do not cover the Pathledge product, which will have its own terms before anyone outside the beta is given access.
1. Who we are
The site is run by Prymera Consulting Private Limited, a company incorporated in India (CIN U72900WB2020PTC238750). Office: WeWork Salarpuria Symbiosis, Arekere, Bannerghatta Rd, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560076, India. Registered office: Unit No. 10, 16th Floor, Aurora Waterfront, GN-34/1, Salt Lake City, Sector V, Kolkata, West Bengal 700091, India. Contact: vivek@truoco.com.
2. What this site is
The site describes Pathledge, a product that is in beta testing and not yet generally available. It is information, not an offer. In particular:
- Features marked as planned, or described as something we are building, may change or not ship.
- Prices mentioned are our current intention and are not binding until plans are published.
- Figures about usage describe one team's own work over a stated period. They are not a promise of what you will achieve.
3. The waitlist
Joining the waitlist is free and creates no obligation on you or on us. It does not guarantee access, a date or a price. We invite people in an order we decide, and we may close or end the waitlist. You must be 18 or over to join. You can leave it at any time. How we handle your details is set out in the privacy policy.
4. Using the site
You may view the site and share links to it. You must not:
- submit details that are false or that belong to someone else;
- use automated means to submit forms, or overload or probe the site;
- try to get around its security or interfere with other visitors;
- use it in any way that breaks the law.
The pages we publish for AI agents (/llms.txt and /agents.md) may be read by automated tools.
5. Ownership
The Pathledge name, logo, text, design and screenshots belong to Prymera Consulting Private Limited or its licensors. You may quote short passages with credit and a link. Anything else needs our written permission. The data shown in screenshots is fictional.
6. Feedback
If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without owing you anything, and without identifying you.
7. Links
Where the site links to other websites, we are not responsible for what is on them.
8. No warranty
The site is provided as it is. We try to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise that it is free of errors or interruptions, and nothing on it is professional advice.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Prymera Consulting Private Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or business, arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, or removes rights you have as a consumer where you live.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction, except where the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live still apply.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change matters to people on the waitlist, we will tell them by email before it takes effect.
